In a significant step forward for education and professional development in Ecuador, last March, GeneXus and doIT Innovations signed an academic agreement with the prestigious Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí (ULEAM). The main objective of the agreement is to include specialized GeneXus courses in the university's curriculum, which is a leading platform in the development of enterprise applications.
With this alliance, a significant milestone is achieved as it is the fourth educational institution to sign an academic agreement with GeneXus and doIT Innovations, joining other renowned institutions such as the Universidad Católica de Cuenca, Universidad Estatal de Milagro, and Instituto Tecnológico Metropolitano de Quito.
This achievement is framed by two primary objectives. Firstly, it aims to broaden access to knowledge and the necessary tools for students' professional development, providing them with better job opportunities both locally and internationally. GeneXus is cutting-edge technology used in multiple industries, and its inclusion in the ULEAM curriculum will give students a competitive advantage in the job market.
Secondly, this agreement also opens new opportunities for businesses in the region. The arrival of highly trained personnel in the use of GeneXus will enable local companies to have qualified professionals who can meet market demands and enhance competitiveness in their business activities.
In addition to these achievements, GeneXus and doIT Innovations continue to work diligently in the pursuit of new academic partnerships in Ecuador. More agreement signings will be announced soon, which will create even more job opportunities for Ecuadorians.
